Happy Easter everyone! I picked up a great recipe for pralines and will post that soon! Until then, I’ve got a tip for all those chocolate bunnies and Gold Brick Eggs: melt them down, toast some almonds, and put both over a couple scoops of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla. Without realizing it, you’ll be starting a new family tradition!

Hey, cool idea! Can’t go wrong: Easter candy, Blue Bell, roasted almonds?shheeeee…
Dessert is sweet, but I also appreciate a good meal first. Well, let me tell you, El Paso, Thibodaux’s new restaurant, is a winner. The service is superb, the food is awesome, and the interior is clean and authentic. I was impressed.
Really good Mexican cuisine!
If you dig margaritas and fajitas, and like the idea of outdoor-dining on a beautiful day, then you will become a fan as well.
