I live in Fernandina Beach FL & hoping to make a trip back to NOLA soon to get real Cajun food once again & some raw oysters.

I was in NOLA earlier this year but regretted I did not know about this place. I ate at a restaurant near Lake Poch. which was just awful. The oysters was frozen and the oyster stew & fried oysters were bad. The beer was the best part of the meal.

Don’t be embarrassed, for as many times as I have said I want to there over the last 12 years, I still have not made it there.

I’m embarrassed to say that the whole time I’ve lived in New Orleans I have never eaten a poboy from here. Think I’ll be fixing that “problem” pretty soon!
