Do not disregard food from a truck. I learned this in Tofino, British Columbia where I had the best fish tacos for lunch. In fact, they were so good I pretty much ate every lunch at the truck-side taco restaurant during my vacation.

Great chefs and cooks are taking their cullinary skills and fare to the road in mobile restaurants. The best part is the food is generally inexpensive, but excellent. Plus you get to enjoy your food outdoors.

I just tried this taco truck and am happy to confirm how good the food is. Also, the owners are nice.
